Nurses work pretty darn hard.

So we thought it would be dope if we could shoot a tribute video for nurses week in the hospital…with real nurses…AND talk about issues that matter, like staffing ratios. We grabbed docs, nurses, and administrators and kick it LIVE.

And stay tuned: our Moana parody “You’re Welcome” is dropping this Sunday May 7th!

zdogg….you are my new hero! I’m a ED RN and they are currently increasing our patient load

I’m an ED RN in NJ and we have 5 and a hallway bed. In my opinion 1:4 in the ED is ideal.

What kind of ratio do RN’s have for patient tech support? This makes a big difference for our workload & patient safety & satisfaction.

Acuity isn’t the answer- doesn’t work since they are not even looked at. Sicker patients everywhere!!! Need national mandate- PATIENTS BEFORE PROFITS!!

I’m doing med psx instead of med surg. I don’t like psx and psx doesn’t do meds. The new nurses are leaving because they hate psx or they aren’t coming……

Hi there! Quick question that’s entirely off topic. Do you know how to make your site
mobile friendly? My site looks weird when browsing from my apple iphone.
I’m trying to find a template or plugin that might be
able to resolve this issue. If you have any suggestions, please share.
