In this solo podcast I discuss the concept of “antifragility” as applied to children, then our healthcare system as a whole. Health 1.0 and it’s transformation to 2.0 are reviewed, along with the new emergent of Health 3.0 and some illustrative lessons from my now-closed clinic, Turntable Health. I touch on the moral injury we’re calling burnout as well as the curative principles of the Health 3.0 vision.

It’s philosophy, sociology, medicine, and curse words all in one bizarre package 😉
