Dr. Joon Song, a Manhattan gynecologist, is suing a patient for $1M.
The reason? Michelle Levine left a series of online reviews accusing him of “very poor and crooked business practice.” Dr. Song’s lawyers state that this goes beyond the protected speech of stating an opinion in a review…they claim it’s libel and therefore illegal. Of course, we all have strong opinions about online reviews of doctors, so I talk about mine in this live episode.
